ADX Karting Experience – Booking Policy Please note that all bookings made with ADX Karting Experience are subject to change based on track availability. ADX Karting operates as an independent third party to Rye House Kart Raceway and, as such, we do not have direct control over the track’s schedule or availability. While we always strive to honour confirmed bookings, changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or updates to the track’s operating schedule. Our bookings are based on kart availability, not guaranteed track time. In the rare event that your session needs to be rescheduled, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to arrange an alternative date and time. Cancellation & Refund Policy Customer Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your booking are non-refundable. No-Shows: No refunds or credits will be issued for missed bookings without prior notice. ADX or Track Cancellations: If your session is cancelled by ADX Karting or due to track unavailability, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
